Bad panic attacks, on weekly basis. Heart racing, hyperventilating, sweating, I couldn’t breath.
High anxiety, I struggled to talk to people, have conversations.
Anxiety dropped immensely, I am able to stand in front of a crowd, and talk to people. Emotionally I worked with a life coach, learning about anxiety, how the process goes when I go into a panic attack. It gave me full control of understanding how it works, and how to climb out, or stop from falling. Learning to sit with that, feel it, accept it, and move on. I feel like a new person.
Depression, suicidal thoughts. Sitting at home and watching TV all day. I didn’t have a passion for life. I was in a dark place. Smoked weed every day first thing in the morning. Journaling, and writing every day. I started writing poetry which is a great medium for me to express my emotions, and get them out of me. Being in nature, exercising, moving the body were a big change for me. I can sit and do art work, write. My confidence level really improved. Learning about myself, who I am was huge for expressing myself. I have a desire for living. I want to see things, meet people. I have a whole new love for life.
Intense heartburn and acid reflux. Eating was painful. I was using Tums and Gaviscon 4-5 times a day. My heartburn has really subsided. I take Tums/Gaviscon maybe once in a week, if I have a flare-up.
Overweight. Was out of breath when walking. Physically I am in better health, and with nutrition here my body runs smoother. I’ve become slimmer. I can walk without getting out of breath. I can do a bit of a run, which is pretty cool.
Lack of sleep. I was not sleeping for 6 months before the program.First week was tough; second week I was out as soon as I got to bed. Getting full 8 hours of sleep improved my mental health. It gave me energy to get up in the morning, and be fully rested.
