Visa, Master Card, AMEX, e-transfers, EFT, wire transfers or financing company payments (PayBright & MediCard).
While we accept personal cheques, money orders or cash, we cannot finalize the registration until the payment has arrived in the mail. Multiple e-transfers are a great alternative. Fast, secure and easy.
Registration Deposit and final payment:
All sales are final. We do not refund on cancellations, late arrivals, early departures or no-shows. In the event you cannot make it for a scheduled session, here are the options you’ve got:
Prior to the program start – can reschedule or transfer, no fees applied.
During the program, if you had to leave the program unexpectedly, the number of unstayed days stays as a credit, and you can come back within Two Years of your departure to finish the remainder of the program or transfer to a family member or a friend, provided we have space available. No fees applied.
For Flights/Hotel: we strongly recommend purchasing Trip Cancellation & Interruption Insurance if you have to cancel or depart earlier.
Downgrading – because our payment policy states “All Sales are Final”, you will not be able to downgrade your program or package after you registered.
Upgrading – you have an option of upgrading (program or package), provided we still have space available (in the program or treatment space).
Extending – contact a Program Consultant to request an extension of your program.

Please notify us ASAP you won’t be able to make it. You can easily transfer to any date you desire.
Rescheduling for another date is subject to availability.
Transfers-you can transfer your spot to a family member or a friend for the same dates and program type subject to approval by Program Consultant.
Very Important: Only personal phone call Cancellation/Rescheduling is accepted. E-mail or phone messages will not be accepted.
Travel & Health Insurance is required for guests from outside of Canada. Please do not take it lightly, COVID is still around.
We recommend ManuLife or AIG. You can also check out with your local providers.
